Can I book my Luggage Transfers even if I haven’t booked my accommodations?


Yes. Even if you haven’t booked all your accommodations, you already know the trail sections you’re are going to hike. While booking online, simply choose the option ‘No Booking’ on the villages where you still don’t know where you’ll be staying. As soon as you know the missing accommodations on your itinerary, let us know via e-mail or WhatsApp.




I’m staying more than a night at one or more villages along the path. Can I still use your service?


Yes. On the bottom of the Online Booking form, there is a comments box. This is where you should inform us about the village(s) where you stay more than a night.




I’m staying at Airbnb’s and “Alojamento Local” that do not have staff or a reception. Can I still use your service?


Yes. We deliver in every single existing accommodation in the region. If your accommodation is not available on the listings of the Online Booking Form, use the comments box on the bottom of the form and provide the name of the accommodation(s) and the contact number of your host(s). We’ll contact them and make sure your luggage is safely delivered.




I’ll arrive in the morning by bus/transfer to the starting point of my hike and do not have a hotel. Can I still use your service?


Yes. We can sort out almost all situations and will work on a solution for your request. Write us an e-mail and let us know about your plans.




I’ll finish my hike and get a bus/transfer and do not have a hotel. Can I still use your service?


Yes. We can sort out almost all situations and will work on a solution for your request. Write us an e-mail and let us know about your plans.




Can you transfer my luggage directly to the end of my hike and not day by day?


Yes. For direct transfers we offer a special rate of 10€ per section.You must have an accommodation booked, as we do not store your luggage and need a place to deliver it. Write us an e-mail and let us know about your plans.




Can you store my luggage?


No. We do not offer luggage storage while you are on the trail. Contact your accommodations.




I’m cycling the route, can I still use your service? How does it work for cyclists?


Yes. Write us an e-mail and share with us your itinerary. Bikers normally cover a longer distance than hikers, so we’ll have to quote your request on demand.




Can you carry my bike while I hike?


Yes. A bicycle counts as a luggage piece and we can accommodate up to 2 bicycles. Write us an e-mail, call or write a message via WhatsApp with your request, so that we can work on a solution for your plans.




Is there a weight limit per luggage piece?


Yes. The maximum weight per luggage piece is 20 kg.




Do I need to deliver my luggage personally? Does it really needs to be ready from 9am?


Luggage must be ready from 9am, at the reception or a central location of your accommodation, usually on the same spot you've found it on the day before, but you don't need to deliver it personally, or be there. Your luggage will be tagged so that we can identify it and we’ll handle all logistic details together with your hosts.
